This Website Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the current privacy practices of Cooper Spirits International, LLC (collectively with its affiliates, “CSI”) with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with this website (the “Site”). By accessing the Site you acknowledge and fully understand this Policy and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Policy. Upon request via mail or e-mail, CSI will provide a Site visitor with a summary of any personally identifiable information retained by CSI regarding the visitor, which information has been voluntarily provided to CSI through an account registration, customer order, or electronic news or information subscription.

D.  Your California Privacy Rights.

Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Cooper Spirits who are California residents, to request certain information regarding Cooper Spirits disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please write to: Cooper Spirits, 889 W 16th Street, Newport Beach, CA 92663. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, Cooper Spirits will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. Cooper Spirits reserves the right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph. California’s privacy laws require a company to provide notice to California users of their rights to receive information on to which entities their information was shared for marketing purposes.

The Site may contain links to other World Wide Web sites or advertisements for or placed by third parties. CSI is not responsible for the privacy practices of such Web sites, advertisers, or third parties, or for the content of such sites or advertisements. It is possible that these links or advertisements themselves may be used by third parties or others to collect personal or other information about Site visitors. It is solely the visitors' obligation to review and understand the privacy practices and policies of these other Web sites and of these advertisers and third parties.
